2、化療2個(gè)周期后評(píng)價(jià)其臨床療效，并用酶聯(lián)免疫法(ELISA)檢測(cè)各組治療前后血清IL一6和IL-18的水平。結(jié)果聯(lián)合化療組總有效率為38．1％(16／42)，單純化療組總有效率35．0％(14／40)，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0．697)。單純化療組治療前后血清IL一6和IL一18水平無顯著性變化(P=o．623)。與治療前比較，聯(lián)合化療組治療后血清IL一6和IL一18水平明顯升高(P=0．005)。結(jié)論回生口服液輔助治療可提高晚期非小細(xì)胞肺癌患者的血清IL一6和IL一18水平，增強(qiáng)其免疫力。關(guān)鍵詞：回生口服液，IL一6，IL一18，非小細(xì)胞肺癌中圖分類號(hào)：R734．2
