6、驗(yàn)室,北京100084,中國(guó))摘要:隨著微處理器的快速發(fā)展,永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)(PMSM)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)廣泛應(yīng)用于需要高精度控制的工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。為了克服設(shè)計(jì)PMSM系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜和費(fèi)時(shí)的局限性,提出一種PMSM速度控制的磁場(chǎng)定向控制算法(FOC)。該算法在HATLAB/S1mu]1nk中實(shí)現(xiàn),利用其中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模塊,利用Matlab的自動(dòng)代碼生成工具,可在DSP微處理器中實(shí)現(xiàn)。采用了STM32F4微控制器。為處理電流反饋信號(hào),引入主動(dòng)式電流讀取誤差補(bǔ)償器。利用由3個(gè)雙向5-AHall傳感器執(zhí)行的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器,使信號(hào)精度達(dá)10mA、10Bit。在0~2000r/min范圍內(nèi),試驗(yàn)了帶傳感
