1、中國(guó)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合皮膚性病學(xué)雜志2014年第13卷第1期·l3··論著·乳香提取物改善小鼠皮膚光老化的初篩實(shí)驗(yàn)研究邵瓊琰,王平,任金平,張小燕(1.浙江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué),杭州310053;2.浙江省杭州市第三人民醫(yī)院,杭州310009)摘要:目的探討乳香提取物對(duì)小鼠皮膚光老化的改善作用。方法用8一甲氧沙林溶液(8-MOP)聯(lián)合長(zhǎng)波紫外線制備小鼠皮膚光老化模型,造模后用配制好的0.5%、1%、2%的乳香提取物溶液治療小鼠皮膚光老化,用藥30d后取皮膚組織并做常規(guī)HE染色,應(yīng)用醛品紅法染色檢測(cè)彈性纖維,并分別用WST一1法和TBA法檢測(cè)血清中SOD的活力和M
2、DA的含量。結(jié)果同空白組相比,模型組的小鼠皮膚肉眼可見(jiàn)干燥,局部變硬,粗糙肥厚,出現(xiàn)比較明顯的橫向皺紋等光老化特征;病理切片可觀察到真皮彈性纖維變性。0.5%、1%、2%乳香提取物組均可提高SOD活性(P<0.05),降低MDA含量(尸<0.05),其中1%乳香提取物組的效果最為明顯。結(jié)論乳香提取物對(duì)皮膚光老化具有改善作用。關(guān)鍵詞:乳香提取物;皮膚;光老化中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):R751.05文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1672—0709(2014)01—0013—04ExtractofBoswellinAppearstoMinimizeCertainPhot
