2、(BUN)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰島素(FBI)、胰島素敏感指數(shù)(ISI)及勞物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療紐?與對(duì)照紐降壓總有效率分別為87.9%和65.6%,治療組降壓效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(PV0.05或PV0.01)。2組治療后FBI、Alb、Scr、BUN等均降低，ISI升高，與治療前比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，口治療紐優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05或P<0.01)o結(jié)論纟頡沙坦聯(lián)合依那普利治療2型DM合并EH更加合理有效，而口無明顯不良反應(yīng)?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】纟頡沙坦；依那普利，糖尿病，2型；高血壓，原發(fā)性Effectofvalsartancombi
