2、ng,DEI)中的一種重要襯度,在弱吸收物質(zhì)的成像中,折射襯度遠(yuǎn)超過吸收襯度。折射襯度應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵是提取出樣品的折射信息,折射信息由相應(yīng)的折射圖像表示。根據(jù)生物樣品和材料樣品的特點(diǎn),研究和比較了兩種折射信息提取方法。利用樣品的折射圖像,對(duì)聚苯乙烯樣品進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的定量分析,比較了正常肝組織和肝血管瘤組織。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,折射襯度清楚地描述了肝組織的微細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)和血管瘤損傷,精確地顯示了無(wú)法在傳統(tǒng)X射線成像技術(shù)中獲得的聚苯乙烯樣品的清晰結(jié)構(gòu)。關(guān)鍵詞:折射襯度;衍射增強(qiáng)成像(DEI);相位襯度;弱吸收物質(zhì)中圖分類號(hào):R318.51文
