3、氣綜合征(OSAHS)患者,僅單純行鼻部手術(shù),術(shù)后對患者睡眠質(zhì)量、結(jié)構(gòu)、體位及紊亂性睡眠呼吸(SDB)的影響。方法對鼻阻塞OSAHS患者30例鼻部手術(shù)前后,進行多導(dǎo)睡眠儀(PSG)監(jiān)測和Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)評分,比較手術(shù)前后睡眠質(zhì)量、結(jié)構(gòu)、體位和SDS變化結(jié)果睡眠效率[(86.4±6.4)%一(89.4±6.8)%,P=0.043]、ESS評分(10.08±3.3~8.1±3.3,P:0.001)和睡眠R期[(15.5±4.0)%~(18.8±4.7)%,P=0.006]手術(shù)后有明顯改變。覺醒指數(shù)(I)、其他睡眠期、側(cè)臥位占睡眠時間比
