2、相為甲醇和0.1%氨水二元梯度洗脫系統(tǒng);流速為0.3mL·min~;通過電噴霧離子化電離源(ESI),采用負(fù)離子檢測。結(jié)果:線性范圍為0.010—12txg·mL~,相關(guān)系數(shù)≥0.99,定量下限為0.010txg·mL~。日內(nèi)及Et間精密度不高于15%,準(zhǔn)確度的相對誤差(RE)在一2.O%一5.0%。藥代動力學(xué)符合三室模型,清除率為0.029L·min~-kg~,中央室分布容積為0.60L·kg~,血藥濃度消除半衰期t為0.84min,tl/2o為6.7min,tl/2v為128.7min。結(jié)論:該方法高效、靈敏,特異性強,
