1、松脂制備聚合松香工藝條件的研究摘要以廣西特色資源松脂為原料、200#油為溶劑、冰醋酸、AlCl3和ZnCl2為催化劑進(jìn)行松脂異構(gòu)和聚合反應(yīng)工藝條件研究。在超聲波輔助條件下,考察了脂油質(zhì)量比、催化劑種類及用量、反應(yīng)速度和時(shí)間對(duì)松脂異構(gòu)反應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明松脂異構(gòu)適宜工藝條件為:脂油質(zhì)量比為1:0.8,催化劑冰醋酸用量為0.042ml/g松脂,反應(yīng)溫度為55℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間60min。以異構(gòu)后的松脂為原料,采用單因素法考察了用松脂直接制備聚合松香過程脂油質(zhì)量比、催化劑用量、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)聚合反應(yīng)的影響,確定最適宜聚合工藝條件為:
2、脂油質(zhì)量比1:1.5、反應(yīng)溫度80℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間6小時(shí)、催化劑AlCl3和ZnCl2各3%,并可得到最高得率為95.6%和軟化點(diǎn)為105℃的聚合松香。與原有松脂制備聚合松香工藝相比,軟化點(diǎn)從88℃提高到了105℃。克服了傳統(tǒng)工藝用優(yōu)質(zhì)松香為原料成本大的缺點(diǎn),為松香聚合工業(yè)開辟一條新途徑。關(guān)鍵詞:松脂聚合松香異構(gòu)工藝條件45STUDYONPERPARATIONCONDITIONSOFPOLYMERIAEDROSINWITHRESINASRAWABSTRACTFeaturedResourcesofGuangxiasrawmateri
