1、中國現(xiàn)代醫(yī)生2014年5月第52卷第13期·臨床研究·-catenin在原發(fā)性肝細胞癌中的表達及其臨床意思義王敏樸金松高蔚櫻鄭一瑋譚小軍廣州醫(yī)科大學附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院病理科,廣東廣州510000[摘要】目的探討肝細胞癌肝癌(hepatocellularcarcinoma,HCC)B—catenin的表達與HCC臨床病理特征的關系。方法應用Envsion法檢測333例HCC,168例癌旁肝組織及89例正常肝組織的B—catenin表達;RT—PCR檢測37例HCC及癌旁組織,肝癌細胞株HepG2和正常肝細胞株LO2的p—cateninmRNA
2、表達。結果p—catenin在HCC胞質、胞核的陽性表達率為79%/37%;在癌旁和正常肝組織中的表達率為72%/0%、70%/0%。差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均<0.05)。且分化好的癌細胞表達低,分化差的細胞表達高。同時,HCC和HepG2的B—cateninmRNA表達高于癌旁組織及LO的表達。結論肝細胞癌的B—catenin過表達提示其在癌的發(fā)生過程中可能起著促癌的作用。[關鍵詞】B—catenin;肝細胞癌;組織芯片;免疫組織化學;RT-PCR【中圖分類號】R735.7[文獻標識碼】B【文章編號]1673—9701(2014)1
