2、注射接種HCV,手術(shù)后1周進行采血、ALT檢測、HCV病毒載量檢測、肝臟病理檢測及HCV—RNA抗原檢測。結(jié)果橫切手術(shù)及肝門靜脈注射20只樹鼢,手術(shù)后經(jīng)護理恢復,樹購傷口恢復良好,手術(shù)成功率及肝門靜脈注射準確率均達100%,保證HCV完全快速進入樹鼢肝臟。有60%(12/20)樹駒出現(xiàn)一過性的病毒血癥或間歇性病毒血癥,感染樹嗣的病毒載量最高可達到lxlO拷貝/mL,肝功能中ALT指標最高可達到192o,/L,肝臟活體組織病理檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)不同程度的肝炎癥狀,肝組織能檢測到HCV.RNA抗原。結(jié)論腹部橫切具有充分暴露肝門靜脈、操作方便、符合解剖生理、組織創(chuàng)傷較小、傷口易于愈合等優(yōu)點,適用于肝門靜脈注射
