2、A,用SABioscience芯片檢測(cè)84個(gè)趨化因子及其受體基因的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果成功構(gòu)建哮喘小鼠模型,哮喘組與對(duì)照組相比,表達(dá)上調(diào)的趨化因子21個(gè),趨化因子受體l3個(gè);表達(dá)下調(diào)的趨化因子4個(gè)。結(jié)論SABioscience芯片可有效地篩選出哮喘小鼠差異表達(dá)的趨化因子及其受體,對(duì)進(jìn)一步深入探討哮喘的發(fā)病機(jī)制及預(yù)防具有重要意義。[關(guān)鍵詞]支氣管哮喘;趨化因子;受體;基因芯片[中圖法分類號(hào)]R392.8[文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼]A[文章編號(hào)]1000-2715(2014)03-0286-04Screeningandanalysisofchemokinesandtheirrecepto
