2、康人(對照組)外周血中Thl7細(xì)胞CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3的表達(dá)，與ALT、TBil、HBVDNA載量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果CHB組CD4+Thl7細(xì)胞CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3的表達(dá)水平高于對照組，其差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。CHB組CD8+Thl7細(xì)胞CCR4、CCR6的表達(dá)水平高于對照組，其差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。CCR4、CCR6表達(dá)水平與ALT、HBVDNA載量呈正相關(guān)(P<0．05)，與TBil水平無相關(guān)性(P>0．05)。結(jié)論CHB患者外周血中Thl7細(xì)胞表面CCR4、CCR6表達(dá)增高，與炎癥程度相關(guān)，可能涉及Thl7細(xì)胞引
