1、·論著·中國當(dāng)代醫(yī)藥2014年3月第21卷第8期抵當(dāng)湯對阿爾茨海默病大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力的影響王康鋒t張立娟：孫西慶師冉1．山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院，濟(jì)南250014；2．山東省中醫(yī)藥研究院，濟(jì)南250014【摘要】目的觀察抵當(dāng)湯對阿爾茨海默病(AD)大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力的影響。方法將40只雄性Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為假手術(shù)組、模型組、安理申組和抵當(dāng)湯組。采用右側(cè)海馬一次性注射聚集態(tài)AB25—35方法制備AD大鼠模型，造模成功后進(jìn)行定位航行實驗及空間探索實驗。之后連續(xù)灌胃給藥，療程為8周，用藥結(jié)束后繼續(xù)進(jìn)行Morris水迷宮實驗。觀察各組大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力的改變。結(jié)果與模型組比較，各給藥組大鼠逃
