2、oflifewewanttolive.Toabeggar,thedefinitionofhappinessmaybesufficientfoodandclothes;toascholarinterestedinliterature,abookandacupofcoffeearetheoriginofhappiness;tome,auniversitystudent,happinessislivingameaningfulandrewardingcampuslife.Althoughthesethingswhichmakepeoplefeelhapp
3、ymaysoundeasyandsimpletoothers,butthesethingsarerealandachievable.Thedefinitionofhappinessvariesfromdifferentoccupations,differentregions,differentreligions,differentages,andmoreimportantly,itvariesfordifferentpeople. However,somepeoplearguethathappinesshasanythingtodowithex
4、ternalenvironment,suchlikefood,money,clothes,itisuptoourminds.Nomatterwearepoororwealthy,aslongaswehavepositivethinkingandloveourlives,wecanfeelhappy.Ican’tagreemoreontheargumentthathappinessisathestateofpeople’smindsandonlycanbedonebyourselves. Therearethousandsofwaystoclas
5、sifyhappinessaccordingtothousandsofstandards.Becausewhetherwearehappyornotdependsonhowwethinkaboutthingsinlifeanddifferenttypesofhappinesscomefromdifferentthinking.Therefore,somepeoplethinkhappinesscanbeclassifiedbyitsorigin.Meanwhile,asfarasIamconcerned,happinesscanbedividedi
6、ntodifferentlevelsaccordingtohowdelightweareandhowlongcanthisfeelinglast.Thelowestlevelofhappinessispleasure,anditoccurswhenwearehappywithourcurrentlives.Thiskindofhappinesscannotlastsolongasitiseasytobeaffectedandchangedbyotherthings.Thehighestlevelofhappinessisself-achieveme
7、nt,whichhappenswhenweachieveourgoalsthroughourindividualefforts.Thiskindofhappiness,onthecontrary,islasting.Becausewecanlearnalotfromtheprocessandthethingswelearnareburieddeeplyinourheartsandwouldinfluenceusfromnowon.However,asitisthepeakofhappiness,wemaygothroughtrialsandfail
