1、第43卷第2期塑料工業(yè)CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY·125·2015年2月TiO2/聚二甲基硅氧烷超疏水涂層制備及其金屬防腐性能研究術莫春燕,鄭燕升',王發(fā)龍,胡傳波,莫倩。(1.廣西科技大學生物與化學工程學院,廣西柳州545006;2.廣西科技大學鹿山學院,廣西柳州545616)摘要:以鋁片為基底,采用溶膠凝膠法,制備疏水防腐涂層。以納米Tie和聚二甲基硅氧烷為原料,通過硬脂酸使納米Tie:表面由親水性變成疏水性,然后將改性后的Tie:與聚二甲基硅氧烷復合,經機械共混、熱處理、浸漬提拉等過程,形成超疏水防腐涂層。涂層表面形貌和疏水性
2、采用X射線衍射儀、傅里葉紅外光譜儀、掃描電鏡、接觸角分析儀等進行表征。結果表明,復合涂層表面具有微/納米雙重粗糙結構,與水的靜態(tài)接觸角為155。,滾動角8。;采用極化曲線和交流阻抗等電化學法對涂層防腐性能進行表征,結果表明,其腐蝕電位較純聚二甲基硅氧烷涂層正移0.2V,而相比裸鋁片,腐蝕電位從一926mV正移至一525mV,腐蝕電流密度從4.68x10A/cm下降至5.69x10A/cm。關鍵詞:含氫硅油;微/納米粗糙結構;超疏水;防腐DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1005—5770.2015.02.030中圖分類號:TQ324.21文獻標
