1、38中國美容醫(yī)學(xué)2015年6月第24卷第1l期ChineseJournalofAestheticMedicine.Jun.2015.V01.24.No.11·論著·可吸收珊瑚羥基磷灰石在上頜竇底內(nèi)提升中的臨床應(yīng)用戴新菊,鐘嫣,沈?qū)?廣西壯族自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院口腔頜面外科廣西南寧530021)[摘要]目的:評價使用可吸收珊瑚羥基磷灰石行上頜竇底內(nèi)提升植骨同期植入種植體的臨床效果。方法:12例上頜后牙缺失患者,上頜竇底剩余牙槽骨骨量為4~7mm(平均5.08mm),采用牙槽嵴頇入路上頜竇底內(nèi)提升,植入可吸收珊瑚羥基磷灰石,同期植入德國Ankylos種植體12枚,術(shù)后6個月行上部結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù),隨訪12個月。
2、結(jié)果:術(shù)中無1例上頜竇黏膜破裂,術(shù)后局部傷口疼痛和頭痛等2例,鼻腔出血1例,有3枚種植體在骨整合期脫落,脫落5個月后均重新種植成功,12顆種植體平均上頜竇底提升高度為7.36mm(5.4~11.2mm),植骨術(shù)后6個月上頜竇底形態(tài)均會有明顯的骨改建,成骨效果良好。結(jié)論:與開窗式上頜竇外提升相比,上頜竇底內(nèi)提升植骨手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷小,成骨快,可有效解決上頜后部牙槽骨高度嚴重不足的牙種植問題。[關(guān)鍵詞]上頜竇底內(nèi)提升;牙種植;可吸收珊瑚羥基磷灰石[中圖分類號]R782.12[文獻標(biāo)志碼]A[文章編號]1008-6455(2O15)11-0038-04Applicationofcorallinehydrox
