2、陰性純合子小鼠9只為正常組。治療組取雙側(cè)“心俞”“腎俞”行麥粒灸治療,每日1次,10次為1個療程,共治療9個療程。觀察逃避潛伏期、穿越平臺的次數(shù)及目標象限停留時間百分比來評價小鼠的學習記憶能力,剛果紅染色法觀察小鼠腦內(nèi)AI?沉積的變化。結(jié)果:與正常組比較,模型組逃避潛伏期延長,穿越平臺次數(shù)減少,目標象限停留時間百分比減少(P<0.05);模型組小鼠大腦額葉皮層和海馬區(qū)呈現(xiàn)大小不一的At?沉積物。治療后,治療組小鼠學習記憶能力提高,與模型組小鼠比較,逃避潛伏期縮短,穿越平臺次數(shù)增多,目標象限停留時間百分比增加(P<0.05);治療組小
