2、擬。模擬了40K/cm和80K/cm兩種溫度梯度下合金的組織演化,并與相應(yīng)的Ti-47A1.2Cr-2Nb合金定向凝固試驗結(jié)果進行對比。結(jié)果表明,較之40K/cm,溫度梯度為80K/cm時組織更快地進入穩(wěn)定生長區(qū),過渡區(qū)相對較短,而且柱狀晶區(qū)晶粒的連續(xù)性更好,一次枝晶臂間距減小。關(guān)鍵詞:Ti.AI合金;定向凝固;包晶反應(yīng);微觀組織模擬;溫度梯度中圖分類號:TG146.1l文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1001—4977(2012)12—1415—07NumericaISimulationofDendriticGrowthDurin
