1、物理技術(shù)MAGlNGTECHNIQUE195一迭代重建技術(shù)在256層CT腰椎低劑量掃描中的應(yīng)用鄭余澤唐穎湯偉軍祝瑞江洪泳朱全東楊艷梅【摘要】目的:探討迭代重建技術(shù)在256層CT腰椎掃描中降低輻射劑量的作用。方法:將60例臨床要求行腰椎CT掃描的患者隨機(jī)分為4組,分別采用常規(guī)參數(shù)(120kV、管電流自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié):平均值為237mAs)、保持管電壓/降低管電流(120kV、150mAs)、降低管電壓/保持管電流(80kV、300mAs)、降低管電壓/降低管電流的(80kV、150mAs)的掃描方法,原始數(shù)據(jù)分別經(jīng)FBP(濾波反投影重建)和迭代技術(shù)進(jìn)行圖像重建,劃定興趣區(qū)測(cè)量圖像噪聲值,同時(shí)由3
2、名經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的放射科醫(yī)生進(jìn)行圖像質(zhì)量評(píng)分,運(yùn)用CTDIv評(píng)估輻射劑量,將各數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:當(dāng)掃描劑量降低時(shí),圖像質(zhì)量下降、噪聲增加;但相同掃描劑量?jī)煞N重建技術(shù)比較,應(yīng)用迭代重建技術(shù)能夠提高圖像質(zhì)量、降低圖像噪聲(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用256層CT掃描中降低腰椎掃描劑量具有可操作性,迭代重建技術(shù)有助于在保證圖像質(zhì)量前提下,通過(guò)調(diào)整管電流和(或)管電壓降低輻射劑量?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】腰椎;CT;迭代重建;輻射劑量中圖分類號(hào):R814.4文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1006.5741(2014).02—0195—05ApplicationofIterativeReconstructionTe
