4、ethods：Toestablishanexperimentaltype-2diabeticratsmodel，theratswereselectedandseparatedintonormalcontrol，modelgroup，type一2diabeticmodelgroup，HPS-3(50、100、200mg／kg‘d)diferentdosegroupandmet-formin(200ms／kg·d)treatedgroup，randomlyaccordingtoweight．Ratsofallgroupswereadministeredbyintragastrica
