2、:以白刺花(Sophoradavidii)為試材,采用培養(yǎng)液栽培的方法研究了8.5%聚乙二醇(PEG)模擬的干旱脅迫下噴施外源亞精胺(Spd)對(duì)白刺花幼苗生長(zhǎng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,外源亞精胺對(duì)干旱脅迫下自刺花葉片色素含量、葉片相對(duì)含水量、凈光合速率和蒸騰速率均具有改善效果,在高濃度(T5和1'6)時(shí)更為顯著。總之,Spd濃度在0~0.50mmol·L時(shí)隨著sN濃度的增加,干旱脅迫下白刺花葉片的各生理指標(biāo)數(shù)值逐漸升高:葉綠素a和葉綠素b在Spd為0.10mmol·L時(shí)含量最高,分別比對(duì)照組增加了12.80%和8.75%;在Spd濃度為0.50mmol·L時(shí)對(duì)凈光合
