2、察法進(jìn)行抗病性鑒定,采用BSA法篩選相關(guān)基因的分子標(biāo)記。研究結(jié)果表明,在該試驗(yàn)組合中,TuMV抗性是由一對(duì)隱性基因控制的,篩選出與該基因連鎖的3個(gè)分子標(biāo)記BrlD90143(4.2cM)、BrSSR4068(4.2cM)和BrlD10645(10.1cM),為大白菜抗TuMV分子標(biāo)記輔助選擇及相關(guān)基因的精細(xì)定位奠定了基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:大白菜;TuMV抗性基因;分子標(biāo)記中圖分類號(hào):S634.O3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1000—7091(2014)02—0075—05InheritanceofResistanceandScreeningofMolecularMarkersfor
