1、摘要本設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容為十六層賓館上下給排水、雨水、熱水、消防設(shè)計(jì)。該高層建筑為地上十六層，地下一層。該建筑高度57.9m，建筑總面積約26810m2。生活給水系統(tǒng)采用變頻泵給水方式。本建筑分區(qū)，從地下一層至地上五層采用市政管網(wǎng)供水，地上六層至十六層采用變頻泵供水。該方案供水安全可靠，投資及維護(hù)費(fèi)用低。同時(shí)，水泵出水量穩(wěn)定，能保持在高效區(qū)運(yùn)行。排水系統(tǒng)采用雨水和生活排水分流排放。生活排水系統(tǒng)分為生活污水系統(tǒng)和生活廢水系統(tǒng)，生活污水經(jīng)室外化糞池處理后排至城市排水管網(wǎng)。屋面雨水排水系統(tǒng)采用內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)，因?yàn)榇私ㄖ樗男羌?jí)賓館，為保證建筑外觀美麗。所以采用此方案。室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)不分區(qū)，采用水箱和水泵聯(lián)
