1、摘要本設(shè)計的內(nèi)容為十六層賓館上下給排水、雨水、熱水、消防設(shè)計。該高層建筑為地上十六層，地下一層。該建筑高度57.9m，建筑總面積約26810m2。生活給水系統(tǒng)采用變頻泵給水方式。本建筑分區(qū)，從地下一層至地上五層采用市政管網(wǎng)供水，地上六層至十六層采用變頻泵供水。該方案供水安全可靠，投資及維護費用低。同時，水泵出水量穩(wěn)定，能保持在高效區(qū)運行。排水系統(tǒng)采用雨水和生活排水分流排放。生活排水系統(tǒng)分為生活污水系統(tǒng)和生活廢水系統(tǒng)，生活污水經(jīng)室外化糞池處理后排至城市排水管網(wǎng)。屋面雨水排水系統(tǒng)采用內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)，因為此建筑為四星
