2、化網(wǎng)格劃分,模擬密封間隙對(duì)迷宮密封性能的影響,并與二維截面模型模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:在考慮周向湍流的影響下,泄漏量相對(duì)于僅考慮橫向及縱向湍流的影響有明顯的減少,表明周向湍流的作用加劇了密封腔內(nèi)的能量耗散,密封腔內(nèi)節(jié)流效應(yīng)顯著,對(duì)整體的迷宮密封效果起到不可忽視的作用;隨著間隙寬度的增大,流體速度降低,迷宮間隙內(nèi)的節(jié)流效應(yīng)降低,泄漏量逐漸增大。關(guān)鍵詞:迷宮密封;泄漏量;密封間隙中圖分類號(hào):TH117.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0254—0150(2012)10—082—5Three.dimensionalNumericalAnalysisonLabyrinthSealPerfo

4、a)Abstract:Atpresent,two-dimensionalmodelwasadoptedmainlyforthenumericalsimulationofthelabyrinthsealmechanism.Inordertosimulatetheperformanceofthelabyrinthsealmoreaccurately,thethree-dimensionalmodelwases—tablishedbyconsideringtheinfluenceofcircumferentialturbulence.TheGAMBITWasadoptedtodivid
5、ethelabyrinthgapinanunstructuredgriddingapproach,theeffectofsealingclearanceonthelabyrinthsealperformancewassimulated,andtheresultswerecomparedwiththesimulationdataof2Dsectionmode1.Theresultsshowthat,inconsideringtheinfluenceofcircumferentialturbulence,leakagerateisdecreasedsignificantlyascom
6、paredtoonlyconsideringhorizontalandverticalflows,whichshowthattheeffectsofthecircumferentialturbulenceexacerbatedthesealedcavityenergydissipation.Thethrottlingeffectofthesealedcavityissignificant,andaroleisplayedthatcannotbeignoredintheoveralllabyrinthsealperformance.Alongwiththeincreasingofg
