1、維修班長(zhǎng)崗位職責(zé)1、負(fù)責(zé)本片設(shè)備日常維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)工作，主持組織本班組單機(jī)大中小修，小改小革及臨時(shí)任務(wù)實(shí)施。2、負(fù)責(zé)安全班組創(chuàng)建，業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律考核及控制出勤等和調(diào)節(jié)好值班。3、負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督工長(zhǎng)、量具專用工具、個(gè)人工具完好和零配件組裝配和質(zhì)量。4、認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)檢修施工方案，不得隨意改變檢修方案。5、有責(zé)任執(zhí)行廠規(guī)、事業(yè)部各項(xiàng)制度，堅(jiān)持原則并有制度之內(nèi)團(tuán)結(jié)本班組職工，樹(shù)新風(fēng)立正氣，使班組永保強(qiáng)盛的戰(zhàn)斗力。6、必須在當(dāng)月20號(hào)前，匯總安全臺(tái)賬和個(gè)人考核臺(tái)賬。7、對(duì)各種票證辦理過(guò)程進(jìn)行監(jiān)督，確保動(dòng)火安全。8、認(rèn)真過(guò)好當(dāng)日的工作日志和檢修記錄，逐日消除記錄。不排除由于是進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)
