1、...市某綜合樓空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案摘要本設(shè)計(jì)是市某綜合樓的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。此建筑是包括超市、會議室、辦公室、客房等于一身的多功能型建筑,總建筑面積為11732.3m2,建筑高度為15.3m,建筑共五層,地上四層,地下一層。制冷機(jī)房設(shè)在地下一層,冷卻塔布置在四層屋面。一層主要為超市和旅館大堂,二、三、四層主要是會議室,辦公室和旅館。此次暖通空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)容包括:集中空調(diào)系統(tǒng)(含冷、熱源方案的選擇)、空調(diào)冷卻水系統(tǒng)、地下室防煙、排煙以及通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。對于層高較高空間較大的房間主要采用全空氣系統(tǒng),對于層高較低空間較小的房間主要采用風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新
