1、超支化聚酯功能化納米粒子改性的浸漬漆性能大幅度提升以超支化聚二羥甲基丙酸酯表面功能化的納米粉體HMPA-Al2O3為填料,以絕緣浸漬漆為基體制備導熱浸漬漆并對其性能進行研究。得出以下結論:(1)超支化接枝改性Al2O3納米粉體,能有效地提高粉體在浸漬漆中的分散性能和界面相容性,當粉體的填充量為20%時,超支化接枝改性的Al2O3粉體依然能均勻地分散在浸漬漆中,幾乎看不到團聚現象,而不經過改性的粉體,在浸漬漆中團聚很嚴重。(2)填充超支化接枝改性Al2O3粉體的浸漬漆沖擊強度、導熱性明顯改善。當填充量為20%時,超支化接枝改性Al2O3粉體填充的浸漬漆的沖擊性能達到最大值
