1、廢膠粉、滑石粉改性PA66/GF復合材料的制備與性能徐久升摘要:采用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑KH560表面改性廢膠粉(WRP)、環(huán)氧樹脂E44改性滑石粉(Talc),以尼龍(PA)66/玻璃纖維(GF)復合材料為基體,制備了WRP,Talc及兩者協(xié)同改性的PA66/GF復合材料,研究了WRP,Talc及兩者協(xié)同作用對復合材料力學性能、結晶性能和熱穩(wěn)定性能的影響。結果表明,當3份WRP經過1份KH560處理后,其與PA66/GF基體間的界面粘結性明顯得到改善,其改性的復合材料彎曲強度和沖擊強度最高,分別比PA66/GF基體提高了11.09%和2.05%。當1份Talc經過3份E44
2、處理后,其在基體中具有良好的分散性,改性的復合材料彎曲強度和沖擊強度達到最大,分別比基體材料提高了13.89%和8.42%。WRP與Talc均能促進復合材料的結晶,但兩者協(xié)同作用對復合材料結晶性能沒有明顯的影響。采用1份KH560處理的3份WRP協(xié)同3份E44處理的1份Talc對復合材料進行改性,可使彎曲強度和沖擊強度相比基體分別提高16.97%和6.25%,且使復合材料具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性能,達到了低成本WRP和Talc改性制備高性能橡塑復合材料的目的。關鍵詞:玻纖增強尼龍66;廢膠粉;滑石粉;復合材料;力學性能PreparationandPropertiesofP
