2、eammonialyase,PAL)、4-香豆酸輔酶A連接酶(4-coumaratecoenzymeAligase,4-CL)、肉桂醇脫氫酶(cinnamylalco-holdehydrogenase,CAD)和過氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性高于12貯果,而多酚氧化酶(polyphenoloxidase,PPO)活性低于12貯果。4貯藏的枇杷果肉硬度和木質(zhì)素含量不斷增加,果肉木質(zhì)化較為嚴(yán)重;12貯藏的枇杷果肉硬度和木質(zhì)素含量低于4貯果,果肉木質(zhì)化程度較低。低溫誘導(dǎo)PAL和POD活性

8、lanineammonialysae;Perox-idase[2]枇杷(EriobotryajaponicaLind.l)為原產(chǎn)中國的異常所致。本研究主要從植物苯丙烷代謝途徑一種亞熱帶保健水果,果實皮薄多汁,極易被碰傷或來探討相關(guān)酶活性變化與冷藏枇杷果肉木質(zhì)化的關(guān)受微生物侵染而腐爛,不耐貯運(yùn),鮮食供應(yīng)期短,外系,以期為控制冷藏枇杷果肉木質(zhì)化發(fā)生提供理論[1]銷就更為困難,制約了枇杷種植效益的提高。目依據(jù)。前枇
