1、摘要為了滿足各地區(qū)食品的儲(chǔ)藏，各地區(qū)均建立各型食品冷藏庫(kù)以滿足不同種類食品的儲(chǔ)藏，該設(shè)計(jì)為青島地區(qū)低溫庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。冷藏庫(kù)是在特定的溫度和相對(duì)濕度條件下，加工和貯存食品、供液原料、生物制品以及醫(yī)藥等物資的專用建筑物。而食品冷藏庫(kù)是食品聯(lián)合加工廠的一個(gè)組成部分，其所處地理位置及其各構(gòu)成部分直接影響當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣裆畹慕】蹬c食品需求。該設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)對(duì)青島地區(qū)的氣象、地理及實(shí)際冷庫(kù)實(shí)用等條件，對(duì)冷庫(kù)的平面、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、冷卻設(shè)備和機(jī)械負(fù)荷、制冷機(jī)房及冷卻水系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。冷藏庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)首先采集設(shè)計(jì)地區(qū)氣象、地理等實(shí)際資料，后依次對(duì)冷庫(kù)平面所包含的公稱體積、高度、冷間分部；圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)中的隔熱
