1、黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要本論文是結(jié)合當(dāng)今汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展的形勢(shì),對(duì)微型電動(dòng)汽車的車用輪邊減速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)一種微型電動(dòng)車用的輪邊減速器,是為微型電動(dòng)汽車的輪邊驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)使用,工作力矩較小,但因沒有主減速器而需要更大的減速比。以大型車輛的輪邊減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)型式可以為電動(dòng)汽車的輪邊減速器提供參考,縮小結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,而增大減速比,滿足輪邊驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的使用要求。近年來隨著汽車工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,全球汽車總保有量不斷增加,汽車所帶來的環(huán)境污染、能源短缺,資源枯竭等方面的問題越來越突出。日益嚴(yán)重的石油危機(jī)與人們環(huán)保意識(shí)的加強(qiáng),對(duì)汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了極為嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)
2、。采用電能為驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備的電動(dòng)汽車由于能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)“零排放”,而成為各國(guó)汽車研發(fā)的焦點(diǎn)。為了保護(hù)人類的居住環(huán)境和保障能源供給,各國(guó)政府不惜投入大量人力、物力尋求解決這些問題的途徑。而電動(dòng)汽車(包括純電動(dòng)汽車、混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車以及燃料電池汽車),即全部或部分用電能驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)作為動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的汽車,具有高效、節(jié)能、低噪聲、零排放等顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn),在環(huán)保和節(jié)能方面具有不可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì),因此它是解決上述問題的最有效途徑。本論文所設(shè)計(jì)的微型電動(dòng)汽車用的輪邊減速器在電動(dòng)汽車上的應(yīng)用提供了一種可以借鑒的減速裝置形式,有助于電動(dòng)汽車的設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)。關(guān)鍵詞:電動(dòng);輪邊;減速器;設(shè)
