1、注塑機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng)Injectionmoldingrobotcontrolsystem摘要1954年,美國(guó)人喬治·德沃爾設(shè)計(jì)了第一臺(tái)電子可編程的工業(yè)機(jī)器人,并與1961年發(fā)表了該項(xiàng)機(jī)器人專利。從此以后,隨著機(jī)器人技術(shù)的發(fā)展和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的出現(xiàn),工業(yè)機(jī)器人在現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)中起著越來越大的作用,機(jī)械手的設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn)日益受到人們的關(guān)注。注塑機(jī)械手是現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)中主要加工設(shè)備之一,是成型塑料制品的專用設(shè)備。隨著注塑工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)工廠自動(dòng)化程度要求越來越高,對(duì)注塑機(jī)械手的要求程度也越來越高。本文主要圍繞注塑機(jī)取模機(jī)械手的控制系統(tǒng)展開論述,采用直接控制結(jié)構(gòu),
2、完成了硬件電路設(shè)計(jì),包括輸入輸出通道、伺服電機(jī)控制、存儲(chǔ)器擴(kuò)展、機(jī)械臂定位等設(shè)計(jì)。整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)潔,功能強(qiáng)大。本文首先介紹了目前的住宿取模機(jī)械手的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,分析了不同類型的注塑機(jī)械手采用的不同硬件結(jié)構(gòu),提出了本文所介紹的采用單片機(jī)作為CPU的注塑機(jī)機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng)。此注塑機(jī)機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng)采取了直接控制結(jié)構(gòu),針對(duì)不同功能,采用模塊化的電路設(shè)計(jì),本文主要介紹主控板部分的電路設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:?jiǎn)纹瑱C(jī);注塑機(jī)取模機(jī)械手:自動(dòng)化Abstract1954,GeorgeDevol,anAmericanpeopledesignedthefistprog
