1、企業(yè)收益分配問(wèn)題的探究摘要隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，導(dǎo)致收益差距的不斷擴(kuò)大和分配不公等問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)，這些嚴(yán)重影響了我國(guó)的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，引起了全體社會(huì)人民的廣泛關(guān)注。國(guó)家也提出了一些調(diào)整的政策，強(qiáng)調(diào)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，更加注重社會(huì)公平，著力提高低收益者收益水平，逐步擴(kuò)大中等收益者比重，有效調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)高收益，堅(jiān)決取締非法收益，促進(jìn)共同富裕。企業(yè)作為社會(huì)的一個(gè)重要組成部分，是整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力，所以企業(yè)收益分配的問(wèn)題注定引起人們更多地關(guān)注。本文針對(duì)企業(yè)收益分配問(wèn)題，從企業(yè)分配的現(xiàn)狀、意義入
