5、inesscommunication.KeyWords:refusalstrategiesspeechacttheorypolitenessprinciplesEnglishbusinesslettersapplication30畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))摘要商務(wù)英語信函以其真誠友善、清晰自然等特點(diǎn),在世界商務(wù)溝通中起著舉足輕重的作用,它貫穿商事活動的各個環(huán)節(jié),是商事組織對外傳遞信息和達(dá)成商務(wù)溝通的重要載體。然而,當(dāng)商事組織要表達(dá)拒絕信息時,對方的面子不可避免地都會受到一定程度上的威脅,表達(dá)不當(dāng)甚至?xí)<吧虅?wù)溝通的成敗。因此,眾多研究者從語

6、言學(xué)的角度,結(jié)合一定的語用原則,力求總結(jié)出既禮貌又實(shí)用的拒絕策略,應(yīng)用于實(shí)際商務(wù)信函的寫作中。在學(xué)術(shù)上,本文立足于語用學(xué)上的言語行為理論和禮貌原則,把拒絕言語策略從其它策略中獨(dú)立出來研究。Austin的言語行為三分說、Searle對言語行為的分類、Leech對言語行為的分類等言語行為理論基本原則、著名的面子理論和禮貌原則構(gòu)成了本文主要的理論框架,支撐樣本信函的分析。而在對樣本信函的研究中,本文采用對比等方法對拒絕客戶要求、拒絕訂貨、拒絕還盤、拒絕索賠等方面的商務(wù)英語信函樣本進(jìn)行文本分析,總結(jié)出四條適合商務(wù)英語信函應(yīng)用的拒絕策略。不
