1、摘要本設(shè)計(jì)是從的發(fā)展經(jīng)過以及現(xiàn)狀來著手的,以生產(chǎn)廠實(shí)際的發(fā)展情況為依據(jù),按照國(guó)家的相關(guān)政策和法規(guī),明確了設(shè)計(jì)的原則。與此同時(shí),要遵守國(guó)家相關(guān)的法律和法規(guī),以國(guó)內(nèi)為立足點(diǎn),把從國(guó)外引進(jìn)的設(shè)備及工藝吃透和消化,力求先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)技術(shù),合理經(jīng)濟(jì),可行實(shí)施,可靠安全,以免污染環(huán)境,同時(shí)使生態(tài)平衡得到保護(hù)。任務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)書是確定設(shè)計(jì)在什么范圍的的主要根據(jù):從(AM)單體的工藝設(shè)計(jì)工段到研磨篩分工段的工藝設(shè)計(jì)(初步)。選擇了溶液法制備,通過物料以及熱量衡算,最后得到了物料平衡圖,為設(shè)備工藝計(jì)算奠定基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)也對(duì)裝置的組成和生產(chǎn)的方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,以此明確了合理的操作規(guī)程以及工藝參數(shù)。從AM單體溶液配
2、制工段到研磨篩分工段,按照物料走向,依次對(duì)配制罐、聚合釜、攪拌系統(tǒng)、水解機(jī)、干燥系統(tǒng)做物料及熱量平衡計(jì)算。根據(jù)物料以及熱量衡算的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)部分有關(guān)的工藝設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,計(jì)算出中間罐直徑3.3m,筒體高度4.95m。以工藝的流程以及控制的方案為依據(jù),畫出伴有控制點(diǎn)的;編制了2.3×107千克/年兩性聚丙烯酰胺生產(chǎn)車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)說明書。經(jīng)過最后核算,2.3×107千克/年兩性聚丙烯酰胺生產(chǎn)車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,各項(xiàng)參數(shù)均已達(dá)標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞:聚丙烯酰胺;中間罐;工藝設(shè)計(jì)IAbstractThedesignfromthedevelopmentprocessandthecurr
