2、要理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,不但能豐富對重大疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程的理解和認(rèn)識(shí),為新藥創(chuàng)制提供新的備選化合物,還能為姜黃素類化合物的應(yīng)用研究奠定基礎(chǔ),研究成果應(yīng)用后將產(chǎn)生巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。本文以甘氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸、甲硫氨酸和姜黃素為基本原料,合成了4個(gè)姜黃素單糖基氨基酸鈉衍生物,經(jīng)紅外光譜和核磁共振波譜等方法進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)表征,證明所得產(chǎn)物為目標(biāo)化合物。利用紫外光譜研究了衍生物的離子識(shí)別性能。結(jié)果表明,姜黃素單羰基氨基氨酸衍生物對Cu2+離子均具有很好的識(shí)別能力,且呈現(xiàn)良好的濃度效應(yīng)關(guān)系。關(guān)鍵詞:姜黃素;氨基酸;合成;紫外光譜;離子識(shí)別I大

6、curcuminderivatives,andapplicationofresearchresultswillbringahugeeconomicandsocialbenefits.Inthispaper,wehavesynthesizedthosefourmono-carbonylaminoacidsodiumcurcuminderivativesbyusingglycine,alanine,cysteine,methionine,andcurcuminasthebasicrawmaterial.Itisturnedoutthat
