2、本,本文對(duì)兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)探討。本次實(shí)驗(yàn)選用1%的活性染料和2%的褐藻酸鈉作色漿進(jìn)行印花,改變“兩相法”活性印花工藝中堿劑的種類及冷堆時(shí)間,通過(guò)刮樣,測(cè)量各個(gè)工藝所得印花織物的K/S值,即印花織物表面色深度,從而確定一個(gè)兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝的最佳工藝。研究結(jié)果表明:兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝的印花效果隨堿劑的種類、堿劑的浸漬時(shí)間以及冷堆時(shí)間不同而有所變化。單獨(dú)用氫氧化鈉作堿劑,由于堿性強(qiáng),活性染料與纖維反應(yīng)快的同時(shí),活性染料的水解速度也有很大的提升,印花效果不好;用氫氧化鈉和碳酸鈉的混合物作堿劑,冷堆10min的活性染料印花效果較好;用氫氧化鈉、碳酸鈉以及氯
3、化鈉的混合物作堿劑,冷堆10min的活性染料印花織物的得色量、線條精細(xì)度、花紋清晰度、滲透性比用氫氧化鈉、碳酸鈉混合物作堿劑所得印花織物的好,印花效果更為理想。兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝節(jié)省蒸汽和尿素,但其印漿原糊的要求比較高,另外多一道軋堿液的費(fèi)用。但兩相法印花工藝得色量高、固著率高,得色可比常規(guī)法深2-3成或以上,節(jié)約了染料成本。綜合節(jié)能、環(huán)保和質(zhì)量等各方面的有利因素,其綜合成本并不高。綜合考慮環(huán)保方面及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益各個(gè)方面,兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝將逐步取代“一相法”印花工藝,市場(chǎng)前景廣闊。關(guān)鍵詞:印花活性染料兩相法堿劑冷堆時(shí)間ABSTRACTCurrentlyprintinga
