1、中國科技論文在線http://www.paper.edu.cn參芪解郁方對產(chǎn)后抑郁大鼠Treg/Th17平#衡的干預(yù)作用研究1211**曲淼,李凈婭,趙瑞珍,唐啟盛5(1.北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第三附屬醫(yī)院,北京100029;2.浙江省中醫(yī)院,浙江杭州310006)摘要:目的:觀察產(chǎn)后抑郁癥模型大鼠Treg/Th17細胞比例的變化,闡明參芪解郁方對Treg/Th17平衡的干預(yù)作用。方法:SD雌性大鼠隨機分為正常組、假手術(shù)、模型組、中藥組10和西藥組,分設(shè)灌胃1、2、4周三個時點。采用流式細胞術(shù)檢測三個時點各組大鼠外周血Treg細胞和Th17細胞比例,并計算Treg
