2、Tu-2制劑的基礎(chǔ)日糧,之后停止飼喂Tu-2制劑,以探究Tu-2制劑對肉兔生產(chǎn)性能及腸道微生物菌群的影響。結(jié)果顯示:添加0.1%的Tu-2制劑后,肉兔平均日增體質(zhì)量提高12.84%,料重比降低11.67%,腹瀉率下降43.75%;第8~25天,試驗組肉兔糞便中芽孢桿菌、雙歧桿菌、乳酸菌數(shù)量分別提高34.51%,43.73%、30.89%,大腸桿菌數(shù)量降低30.56%;停喂Tu-2制劑后,試驗組肉兔生產(chǎn)性能及糞便中菌群數(shù)量等指標(biāo)又逐漸接近對照組??梢?,Tu-2制劑可改善肉兔腸道生態(tài)環(huán)境,有效預(yù)防腹瀉
