2、0個(gè)等位基因,各引物擴(kuò)增條帶在4~13條之間?;蚨鄻有灾笖?shù)(h)為0.5431~0.7151,Shannon’s信息指數(shù)(I)為0.9057~1.4684。分子方差分析(AMOVA)表明,遺傳變異主要來(lái)自居群內(nèi)(70.00%),Mantel檢驗(yàn)顯示總?cè)后w的遺傳距離和地理距離顯著相關(guān)(r=0.472,P=0.011)。因此,中國(guó)櫻桃在居群水平(PPL=100%,h=0.643,I=1.207)和物種水平(PPL=100%,h=0.743,I=1.591)上均具有較高的遺傳多樣性。關(guān)鍵詞:中國(guó)櫻桃;SSR;遺傳多樣性;遺傳分化中圖分類號(hào):S662.5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):0513-353X(2
