2、0380)摘要:【目的】研究低溫對黃喉擬水龜Mauremysmutica胚胎發(fā)育的影響.【方法】將黃喉擬水龜受精卵在14、18、20℃條件下分別保存30、60、90d,然后移至29℃孵化,測量相關(guān)性狀.【結(jié)果和結(jié)論】在14、18℃條件下,黃喉擬水龜受精卵質(zhì)量減少,20℃條件下卵質(zhì)量變化不顯著;卵移至29℃孵化后,質(zhì)量基本都增加;卵的受精斑隨低溫保存時(shí)間延長而變得模糊,受精斑環(huán)帶寬度進(jìn)展受抑制;3個(gè)溫度處理組均有幼體孵出,孵化成功率低,最高只有33.33%;在成功孵出幼體的試驗(yàn)組中,卵在29℃的孵化期隨保存溫度升高或保存時(shí)間延長而縮短,幼體畸形率
