2、甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)生命科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院,甘肅蘭州730070摘要:運(yùn)用24對SSR引物,對國內(nèi)外1075份初級地理蠶豆核心種質(zhì)的遺傳多樣性分析顯示,等位變異數(shù)、有效等位變異數(shù)及Shannon’s信息指數(shù)分別為8.54、2.26和1.02;對全部參試資源進(jìn)行聚類分析,沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯的群體結(jié)構(gòu),表明初級地理核心種質(zhì)的代表性較好,遺傳背景較廣泛。之后采用每個(gè)類內(nèi)隨機(jī)抽樣的方法構(gòu)建含有129份國內(nèi)資源和63份國外資源的蠶豆微核心種質(zhì),等位基因變異數(shù)、有效等位變異數(shù)和Shannon’s信息指數(shù)的保留比例分別為87.32%、101.26%
