2、增出241個(gè)位點(diǎn),其中多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)214個(gè),多態(tài)性比率為88.8%。利用NTSYS軟件計(jì)算得到DICE相似系數(shù)為0.5936~0.9353;32份安徽地方種質(zhì)共擴(kuò)增出219條電泳譜帶,其中186條為多態(tài)性條帶,多態(tài)性比率為84.93%,32份樣品遺傳相似系數(shù)在0.6267~0.9353之間,表明安徽地方棗種質(zhì)資源遺傳多樣性較為豐富。采用UPGMA法對(duì)74份種質(zhì)的ISSR數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行聚類分析,分析結(jié)果顯示可分為8個(gè)類群,種質(zhì)間親緣關(guān)系與地理來源關(guān)系較為密切,來自安徽的地方種質(zhì)基本上都獨(dú)立聚成不同的類群,表明安徽地方棗種質(zhì)與周邊其它省份棗種質(zhì)資源親緣關(guān)系較
