2、酸袁含有一個(gè)磷脂酰乙醇胺結(jié)合蛋白(PEBP)結(jié)構(gòu)域遙2基因和1基因的核苷酸相似性僅為56.7%袁二者蛋白的相似性為62.7%遙系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化樹(shù)分析表明2編碼產(chǎn)物屬于-like亞家族遙qRT-PCR分析表明袁2基因在不同的組織中均有表達(dá)袁在胚珠和莖中表達(dá)量較高遙半定量RT-PCR結(jié)果表明袁和1基因的表達(dá)模式不同袁2基因在剛萌發(fā)的種子中的表達(dá)量很低曰但隨著ABA濃度的升高表達(dá)量顯著提高袁并且ABA處理下萌發(fā)24h的種子中的表達(dá)量要高于72h中的表達(dá)量袁表明該基因的表達(dá)受ABA的調(diào)節(jié)袁可能在種子萌發(fā)過(guò)程中起重
