2、黃化曲葉病毒(Tomatoyellowleafcurlvirus,TYLCV)毒株,得到兩個(gè)不同的TYLCV分離物BJ03和BJ04,并對它們進(jìn)行了全長擴(kuò)增測序。TYLCV-BJ03全長為2781bp,TYLCV-BJ04全長為2740bp。進(jìn)化樹分析顯示,這兩個(gè)毒株分別屬于以色列株系TYLCV-IL進(jìn)化分支下中國的兩個(gè)不同亞群。二者核酸序列的同源性為99.15%,主要差異在基因間區(qū)(intergenicregion,IR)。BJ04比BJ03的IR區(qū)在互補(bǔ)鏈方向TATA-box與保守的9核苷酸序列之間缺失41個(gè)堿基。通過針對缺失片段設(shè)計(jì)的特異引物驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了TYLCV的IR區(qū)缺失
