5、photosyntheticcharacteristicsandrelativechlorophyllcontent(SPAD)ofcottonseedlingleaf,drymatteraccumulationandyieldofcottonweremeasured.Thesaltcontent,moistureandsoilbulkdensityofsoilatadepthof0-40cmwerealsodeterminedhierarchicallyattheseedlingstage.Resultsshowedthat,comparedwith
6、CK,thesaltcontentandbulkdensityofsoilhadclearlydecreased.Somecharacteristicsin-creasedsignificantly,suchasroot:shootratio,LAIandSPADofthecottonleaf.Thegasexchangeandchlorophyllfluorescenceparametersofthecottonleafimprovedunderalltreatments.Drymatteraccumulation,especiallyrootwei
