2、K家族(24個)、HKT家族(1個)和KEA家族(7個),它們與擬南芥K轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白基因高度同源,其基因結(jié)構(gòu)相對保守,并且不均勻地分布在13條染色體上。定量表達(dá)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),+K轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白基因具有不同的表達(dá)模式,其中在根中高度表達(dá)的32個,在葉片中高度表達(dá)的12個,在莖+尖中高度表達(dá)的11個,在果實中高度表達(dá)的19個。研究結(jié)果為揭示蘋果K轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白基因的功能提供了基礎(chǔ)資料。+關(guān)鍵詞:蘋果;K轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白;基因家族;生物信息學(xué);表達(dá)特性中圖分類號:S661.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:0513-353X(2016)06-1021-12IdentificationandExpres
