1、Gamma釘內(nèi)固定治療股骨粗隆間骨折臨床療效山東省煙臺萊陽中心醫(yī)院骨科山東萊陽265200目的：分析Gamma釘內(nèi)固定治療股骨粗隆間骨折的臨床療效。方法：2004年1月至2009年7月，我院釆用Gamma釘及動(dòng)力髖螺釘(DHS)內(nèi)固定兩種方法治療294例股骨粗隆間骨折患者。采用回顧性方法，分析臨床資料及療效。其中Gamma釘內(nèi)固定治療(Gamma釘組)180例，DHS內(nèi)固定治療(DHS組)114例，對手術(shù)過程、住院時(shí)間、骨折愈合時(shí)間、下地負(fù)重時(shí)間、術(shù)后功能恢復(fù)及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率進(jìn)行對比進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，結(jié)果：兩組病例均獲隨訪，隨訪時(shí)間8
2、-62個(gè)月，平均37個(gè)月。手術(shù)過程中切口長度、手術(shù)時(shí)間、出血量、輸血量比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<O.01),平均住院時(shí)間兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)o骨折愈合時(shí)間比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>O.05);負(fù)重時(shí)間、髖關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)及并發(fā)癥比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p<0.05)。結(jié)論：采用Gamma釘治療治療股骨粗隆間骨折術(shù)中創(chuàng)傷相對較少、負(fù)重時(shí)間較早，髖關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)較好，并發(fā)癥率較低，是治療粗隆間骨折的較好方法?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】粗隆間骨折；內(nèi)固定；Gamma釘；DHS；InternalFixationof
