1、中藥痛經(jīng)湯治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)42例的效果分析衢州市人民醫(yī)院浙江衢州324000目的：研究中藥痛經(jīng)湯治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的效果。方法：病例來源：我院2014年1月-2015年4月門診接受治療的83例原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)患者，隨機(jī)分為對照組丙醫(yī)止痛組和治療組中藥痛經(jīng)湯組兩個(gè)組別。對照組以丙藥消炎痛治療；治療組以中藥痛經(jīng)湯治療。觀察指標(biāo)：1痛經(jīng)治療有效率；2副作用發(fā)生情況；3患者癥狀緩解時(shí)間的差異。結(jié)果：1治療組相比于對照組痛經(jīng)治療有效率更高，X2統(tǒng)計(jì)處理有顯著差異，P<0.05；2治療組相比于對照組副作用發(fā)生情況更低，X2統(tǒng)計(jì)處理有顯著差異，P<0.05；3治
